F30 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the f30 platform via the website, mobile app, or any other official channel, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to continue using the f30 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and f30 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure they remain up to date with the latest version.
The f30 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are permitted. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of this platform complies with their local laws.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to register one account on the f30 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. f30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. f30 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your own negligence. If you suspect that unauthorised access has occurred, please contact f30's support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the f30 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, or other tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to compromise the integrity of f30's systems.
- Sharing your account with another party or transferring account ownership to another individual.
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to conduct any transaction on the platform.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contradicts the terms of the respective offer.
F30 reserves the right to take action, including suspending or closing the account of any user found to be in violation of these rules. In certain cases, f30 also reserves the right to report suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the f30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking and local Malaysian e-wallets.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, f30 reserves the right to conduct compliance checks to ensure the transaction adheres to its anti-money laundering policy. This may include requesting supporting documents such as proof of identity or proof of funds where deemed necessary.
F30 does not cover any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the method selected — further details are available on the FAQ. Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to the support team within 30 days from the date of the transaction in question.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time. Current limits can be checked in your account settings after logging in.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The f30 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. f30 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or service interruptions at all times. f30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical issues beyond f30's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the f30 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of f30 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from f30.
Third-Party Links
The f30 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. f30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Account Policy & Governing Law
Changes to Terms
F30 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
F30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if fraud is suspected, the Terms have been breached, or for platform security reasons. For account closures requested by the user, any eligible remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the required compliance checks.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which f30 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the relevant court or arbitration body in accordance with the procedures stipulated under the applicable law.
